SEASONAL RATES
If your RV is 10 years old or newer next year (2011) we have a spot for you! Our seasonal rate for 7 months is only $2000.

The season runs from April 1 through November 1, 2011. Your site includes full hook-ups - water, sewer, electric 30/50 amp service, WiFi, and
all the amentities of the park. ELECTRIC IS EXTRA
Holiday Rates: The following rates apply only to the holidays listed.
ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE 3-DAY MINIMUM STAY!
Memorial Day - from May 28th - 31st - $36 per night
July 4th - from July 1st thru July 8th - $40 per night
Our 4th of July Fireworks Show will be on the July 3rd!!!
Labor Day - from Sept 3rd thru Sept 8th - $36 per night
Octoberfest - Sept 11th thru Nov 15th -
$36 per night $576 monthly (one week free)
Restrictions: Price includes 2 adults and 2 children. Extra adults or children $5 a night each. Only certain sites are available for extended stay. Extended stay rate covers 2 adults and 2 children. Additional children for extended stay are $2.50 each per day. Please inquire at the office before setting up camp if you intend to stay a month or longer. Pet regulations for extended stay are different so when arranging your stay be sure to tell us what pets you have to avoid confusion.
NO TENTS ALLOWED! Any variances from the above restrictions must be discussed with the management!

Beginning June 1st, 2009, we implemented a new holiday weekend reservation policy. Reservation requests for 2010 holiday weekends may be made beginning March 1, 2010. Only
walk-in and phone reservations will be accepted. A minimum stay of three nights is required when making a holiday reservation.
A deposit in the amount of the first night's camping fee will be charged to the card when the reservation is made. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation of
campsite reservations 72 hours or less in advance results in the card being charged for an additional night's camping.
Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) are accepted for all reservations.
